01How to submit a request

Use the email button below to prepare a deletion request to admin@caglar.digital. Use “Account/data deletion” as the subject and include the app or game name and the email address or username linked to your account. If you do not have an account, identify the correspondence or data you want removed. Write from your registered email address where possible.

Do not include your password, verification code or identity document in the initial message. If you have no email application, copy the address into your email service. You do not need to reinstall the app.

02How requests are handled

This page starts an email request; it does not automatically delete your account. After you send your message, the company reviews the request. Only necessary and proportionate account ownership verification is used to prevent unauthorised deletion. If you have lost app access, mention this so alternative verification can be considered.

Requests are handled without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. The outcome, any need for further information or a justified delay is communicated by email.

03What deletion covers

A verified account deletion request covers the account and associated personal data under our control. This includes the username, email address, password-related authentication record and other personal records associated with the account in that product. Deletion is not merely account suspension. Where a provider processes relevant records on our behalf, the deletion process also addresses those records.

If you only want specific data removed, describe the scope of your request. Anonymous statistics that no longer identify a person are different from personal account records.

04Records that may need to be retained

Legal obligations, fraud prevention, security or a dispute may require certain records to be retained. If an exception applies, our response explains which records, why and for how long. Records remaining in backups are considered as part of the deletion review; immediate erasure from every backup is not promised.

We do not directly control advertising or Google account records that Google processes for its own purposes. Google's privacy tools and request channels also apply to those records.

05Device data and subscriptions

Uninstalling an app may not automatically delete a server-side account or data. Records stored only on your device can also be managed through Android app storage settings. Your Google account, store purchase history and independent service accounts are not automatically deleted by a request to our company.

Account deletion may not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have one, check your Google Play subscription settings separately; you do not have to cancel it first to submit a deletion request.
